Stonewall Gin – how and where
Stonewall Spirits Gin is lovingly crafted using a carefully chosen mix of botanical’s including; juniper, tonka beans, orange, liquorice, almonds, and the tangy coastal berry, sea buckthorn botanicals. Distilled on the East Coast of England by the family business using a South American Copper Bain Marie designed and built specifically for Stonewall Spirits.

Tasting Notes
Silky smooth and extremely elegant, our classic London Dry has a cool crystal clearness, the taste of summer breeze meandering through misty pine forests and then wandering down to warm and comforting citrus orchards. A sophisticated, fresh and modern gin.
Perfect Serve
London Dry G&T perfect serve – big square ice, 50ml Stonewall Gin, bottle Fever-Tree Indian tonic water, and a slice of lime, chunky slice pink grapefruit, gently fold together with muddler/metal spoon, a sprig of heated rosemary optional at the side of the glass. Use as an ingredient to make fab cocktails.
