Raspberry & Limoncello Spritz
Ingredients
30ml Raspberry Gin, 15ml Limoncello, 15ml Lemon Juice, 15ml Campari, 5ml Grenadine, Topped with lemonade or tonic.
Method
Add all ingredients into a Spirtz’ glass with ice, top with lemonade. Garnish with fresh raspberries, lemon wheel and fresh mint.
Liquid Love
Ingredients
50ml Raspberry Gin, 20ml Lemon Juice, 25ml Sugar Syrup, 100ml Pineapple Juice. Served over crush ice.
Method
Add gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker, shake for 10 seconds, pour over crushed ice in a tall glass, top with Pineapple juice. Garnish with fresh raspberries and mint.
Raspberry Bramble
Ingredients
50ml Raspberry Gin, 30ml Lemon Juice, 20ml Sugar Syrup, touch of crème de mur. Serve over crushed ice.
Method
Add gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice, shake for 10 seconds, pour over crushed ice, add a splash of crème de mur. Garnish with two fresh raspberries and mint.
DragStar Martini
Ingredients
35ml Passionfruit & Mango Gin, 25ml Passoa, 10ml Lemon Juice, 10ml Sugar Syrup, 75ml or 100ml (Depending on size of the glass) Pineapple Juice.
Method
Add Gin, Passoa, Lemon Juice, Sugar Syrup and Pineapple Juice to a cocktail marker, shake over ice for 30 seconds and pour into a Martini Glass.
Passionfruit & Mango Spritz
Ingredients
30ml Passionfruit & Mango Gin, 15ml Passionfruit Syrup, 50ml Prosecco, Topped with Tonic.
Method
Add all ingredients into a Spirtz’ glass with ice, top with tonic. Garnish with fresh orange.
